Pilot your ship down to each planet surface, collect fuel and defeat the Empire's defences.

Find the Klystron pod, attach it to your ship and move back into space. Leaving a planet without the pod will send you back to the same world.

After completing the game you will restart with gravity reversed. Finishing the game again will restart you facing invisible worlds. Expect a combination of those two after defeating the game again. After that? You'll be a legend. Send me a screenshot of your accomplishment!

You can use the editors to create your own worlds! Feel free to send worlds to me, so I can offer them to everyone from the website for download.

Here are my comments, which nobody should pay attention to:

Beautiful love letter to the original.  The prettiest vector graphics I think I've ever seen in a game.  I'm extremely happy it exists, and well done to the developer.

My only issue is, for a game called "Thrust EXTREME", it is... how do I say this politely...

There is a game called "Pilots of Darsalon".  You can configure the difficulty by adjusting the physics.  The easiest mode in the game is called "Grandmother" mode.  If that was Grandmother mode, then Thrust "Extreme" plays like it is in Great-Grandmother mode.

The physics are SO forgiving that a lot of what made the original game (and its more recent remake "Thrust Legend") thrilling to me is gone.   It is hard for me to even envision failing a level or losing a ship in this game unless I was trying something crazy to add a little spice to it.

Those are my thoughts.  Hopefully nobody read this.

That being said, if there is a difficulty configuration that I just missed, then I take it all back and apologize profusely.

When's the next version comin' out??  :D

Best thrust remake ever. Its 20 years old and nothing comes close!..
